- The format of the material I am sending is compatible with Video Express; please verify this in our services section.
- I have reviewed the condition and quality of the recordings before placing the order.
- I have calculated the estimated cost of the conversion using the pricing information provided.
- The material I want to convert does not contain any Copyright.
- I have included the completed ORDER FORM inside the package along with the material. Download and print it by clicking here.
- I will contact Video Express if I have any questions, either by phone at 952 54 77 88 – 680 42 11 44, or by email through the contact section of the website.
- Once my order has been received, Video Express will measure the footage and check the quality of the material. A quote will then be sent to me by email. Once I accept the quote, the requested work will be carried out. The maximum delivery time is one week.
- Video Express works with the courier company MRW. Shipping costs are €6 (VAT included) for each trip (collection and delivery). Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account number provided in the quote.
